Hours of Service Availability

Due to the back-up of the Public Access computers being done on a flexible daily basis, service is usually available between the following hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 5.30am to 11.00pm
  
• Friday to Sunday: 10.00am to 11.00pm

It might be that you have unfortunately come at a time where there is different fault with the Planning Online system. We are working on having these issues resolved. Instead, please refer to the useful links below.

  To find out the current status of a planning application, please have the reference number and/or address to hand. You can contact us on planning@worthing.gov.uk or telephone between 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday on 01903 221065.
  
  
• Comment on a Planning Application
  
  To comment on a planning application , please email planning@worthing.gov.uk. Please provide the planning reference (if available) and the application address. In addition, please include your postal address.
